- How early should I place the order? How soon will you ship my order?
The products are made fresh to order and have a lead time of at least 3 days (may be longer during busy season).
When placing your order, please choose your preferred shipping date (the day we ship your order, not the day you receive the order) by viewing your cart prior to checkout. By default, our next available shipping date will be selected. If we can accommodate your preferred shipping date, we will proceed with your order and process your payment. Otherwise, we will contact you to discuss an alternative shipping date before processing your payment. If the alternative shipping date does not work for you, we will cancel the order and payment will not be processed.
- How long does shipping take?
We ship every Monday (and Thursday during busy season) using USPS Priority (2-4 Days) & UPS Ground 1-4 Days:
- Midwest: 1-2 Days
- East Coast: 2-3 Days
- South: 3-4 Days
- West Coast: 4 Days

- How long can the products last?
Our products can last ~3 weeks in outside temperature. To extend its shelf life, please refer to the attached flyer.
- Which lapis legit flavor is the best seller?

- What is the difference between Spiced and Butter? Which one is the original?
Are you familiar with Bengawan Solo Lapis? Their original lapis flavor is in between our butter and spiced lapis. So our spiced lapis has more spices in it compared to theirs, while our butter lapis has no spices.
Traditionally, Kue Lapis Legit (a.k.a Spekkoek) is made with spices. But more recently Kue Lapis Legit is made without spices (Butter flavor), and many consider this as their original flavor.
